Total Care Agreement
An Authentic Data Solutions Total care Agreement (TCA) is an extension of our commitment to ensure the proper care and maintenance of your equipment. An annual TCA includes options for on-site or depot service, and provides all parts, labor, and travel at no additional charge during regular business hours*, two (2) Preventive Maintenance service calls per year, free phone support, and Total Customer discounts on supplies and services. Any Authentic Data Solutions TCA can be tailored to meet your service – or budget requirements. Just let us know what you need!
